8. SMS and Email Communications

By opting in on our forms, you consent to receive notifications, updates, and promotional messages via SMS and email from Kodeful LLC. Standard messaging rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions.

9. A2P Compliance (SMS)

Kodeful Alerts

By opting in, users agree to receive SMS messages from Kodeful LLC. These may include:

• Appointment reminders
• Onboarding or account information
• Service notifications
• Promotional offers and marketing messages related to our software and digital services

Opt-Out Instructions

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to our shortcode or the number used to contact you. After texting "STOP", you will receive a one-time confirmation message that you've been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

Rejoining Instructions

To rejoin our SMS program after opting out, simply fill out any Kodeful form that includes SMS consent (e.g., booking a call or registering an account), or text "START" to the same number. We will resume sending messages per your new consent.

Carrier Liability Disclaimer

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
